Drawerrr ("we", "us") operates drawerrr.com, app.drawerrr.com, and related services that help people practice on real-world social and environmental challenges. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account and profile data you provide when you register or update your profile, such as name, email address, and optional professional details. Challenge data you submit, including briefs you join, team membership, and the content of solutions. Messages you send when you email us or use in-product support. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the platform, authenticate accounts, run mentor and jury workflows, show your work to people you choose to share it with, improve the product, keep the service secure, and send transactional mail about your participation. We may send optional program updates if you have not opted out. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and cookies

We use first-party and vendor analytics (including PostHog, Plausible, and Contentsquare) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site features.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who host, analyze, or help us operate the platform, under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your direction (for example when you publish a submission). Mentors and jurors only see what they need to review work you submit to a challenge.

Retention and security

We keep account and submission data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the challenge program, then for a limited period for backups, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@drawerrr.com from the address on your account. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children

Drawerrr is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes
